I have said it before ... giving a well-prepared speech, reading from a teleprompter ... not that difficult to deliver the goods that way. BUT, if Sarah Palin can think on her feet and handle herself half as well on the campaign trail and in debates as she did tonight ... well, I frankly don't think there is any stopping this Republican ticket. She clearly does not stand for status quo. She is feisty but personable. Tough but someone you'd want to spend some time with. This election just got a whole lot more interesting. Palin took a lot of sharp jabs at Obama but every one was well-substantiated and, when appropriate, also softened with humor. Very smart.
