$819 BILLION OF WHAT?
Curious what all is in President Obama's economic stimulus plan passed by the House? According to the Heritage Foundation and the Wall Street Journal, only 12 cents on the dollar is for economic stimulus. 12 cents. If this is true, it's outrageous.
