ANY THOUGHTS?
I am curious whether anyone who stumbles across my blog has any thoughts, comments or opinions on the following statements:
1) Is "servantship" a better word for "leadership?" If so, how often have you really seen that lived out?
2) Leadership is just as much about what you don't say as it is about what you do say and do.

1 Comments:
If you really want to start renaming it, how about "love in action"?
Not as much about what you don't say, but rather what you do (I don't think those are the same thing). But yeah, I'd say leadership is more about what you do than what you say.
And I think there are important times when a leader has to hold his tongue.
