A local church has remodeled an old restaurant/cafeteria into being their new home. I do not know the details of "why" but they have made the exterior look like a barn, complete with barn siding, gambrel roofline, and a metal siding.

Sort of gives new use to the saying:

"Close the door! Where were you born again? In a barn?"
